New to this platform. Seen many helpful postings and answers. One question regarding two different dates on the Visa Bulletin. For F2A, Final action date as of 02/08/2019, and Filing date as of 09/01/2023. A green card holder, petitioning for wife and son in China. If submitting the petition now, likely how long does it take to have the I-130 approved and likely wait time to get visa interview in GuangZhou? Thanks a bunch in advance.

-If your spouse will apply for the immigrant visa in China, USCIS will forward your I-130 to NVC after the I-130 is appoved. Then, NVC will contact you (petitioner) for the required documents and visa application fee if your I--130 priority date is earkier than the Filing Date in the Visa Bulletin. If you file I-130 now, probably NVC will send you the instructions for the documents very soon after USCIS approve and forward your I-130 to NVC. It takes about 30 to 38 months for your I-130 approval.
