问题1    请问退休的话， Employment history 11 填Retired ? 还需要把原单位的地址，职位都填上吗（12.a. to 14.b.）？

-Not need if the retirement started more than 5 years go.

问题2   Part 5. Information about Your Marital History. 里 2. If you are married, is your spouse a current member of the U.S. armed forces or U.S. Coast Guard?  如果配偶去世，是选N/A 还是No呢？

-Select "N/A".

 

 问题3          如果只结过一次婚并且配偶过世，information About Your Current Marriage (4.a. to 10.） 都应该空着？

-Right.

然后把去世配偶信息填到 Information About Prior Marriages (11.a. to 16.c.) ?

-Yes.

需要注明 Deceased吗？

-Yes. Put "Deceased" in Item 15 and leave Item 16.a. to 16.c. blank in this section.

问题4    Part 6.  Information about Your Children.  打算130， 485 一起交，如果这样的话是不是 3. A-Number 留空就好了？

-Right.

问题5    61. Are you subject to the public charge ground of inadmissibility under INA section 212(a)(4)?   是要选YES吧？

-Correct.

问题6    67  List your certifications, licenses, skills obtained through work experience, and educational certificates. 父母也没啥牛掰的证，用填吗？
