昨天北京。签证官就问了几个问题：
-你父母在哪里住（答：美国），
-你的1-130 已经批了，为什么还要申请B-2签证？（答：因为父母病重，情况紧急，移民排期还要十年左右）
-你去哪里旅游过？（答：日本）
-对不起， 你不符合这个签证。
给签证官的材料包含了医院证明，和主治医生的信。签证官也翻看了。他的主要问题，似乎是我妹妹的I-130亲属移民申请。我们如实汇报。
已经申请了2签。可以回答的更好一点吗？
-Yes, she should have explained to the visa officer that it is impossible for her to get the green card in US if she overstay in US because she needs to have a legal status to file I-485 adjustment of status in US. So, she must return to China after the short visit in US. Then, apply for the immigrant visa in China more than teen years later.
I suggest her to apply for the B2 visa again and probably another visa officer may understand her situation.
