面试 当晚 我们就递交了税表去（CEAC.STARE.GOV) 可是过了几天 CEAC上面只显示收到，没有像其它前期递交的文件一样 变成 accepted。我们 就去问CEAC，回答“8月2日 此case已经转去广州领事馆” 我们一共问了3次，每次都是这个一模一样的回答。这个回答 貌似他们转出case后他们不管了，可是领事馆的instruction 说要去CEAC交补充材料。感觉 我们在两头碰壁。
-You may contact the US Consulate in Guangzhou and tell them you have submitted the required tax return to NVC through CEAC and CEAC told you that this document has been forwarded to the US Consulate in Guangzhou.
If the CEAC response “8月2日 此case已经转去广州领事馆” was by email/online, you had better copy and paste the CEAC response to your inquiry to the US Consulate when you contact the US Consulate. If it was by mail, you may try to scan it paste the image to your inquiry.
