我和家里人各在国内办了兄弟姐妹关系公证， 是否用“ notarized sibling's relationship with English Translation" 为文件名

-Fine, but you still need to provide your birth certificate and your brother/sister's birth certificate. 兄弟姐妹关系公证 only can be used as the secondary evidence which normally is not required.
