请问8老师，如果父母拿到绿卡马上回国，理论上不会有什么不好的影响对吗？

-No negative impact.

如果想回国多待一段时间，是不是要申请一个可以在境外待两年的reentry permit？

-They had better not stay in China for more than 6 months. If they need to stay longer (>one year< two years), they need to apply for reentry permit.

这个permit必须要在离境之前拿到才能走吗？

-They can leave during the application pending, but had better doo the fingerprinting before leaving.
