给老公办理h4延期，收到rfe。说需要补充结婚证英文翻译件。这些年我们办理延期都是递交的中国结婚证复印件，都批准了。这是第一次收到说不行，要补充英文翻译。原文如下：
If the certificate is not in English, it must be accompanied by a certified English translation. The translator must certify that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language to English and that the translation is complete and accurate, including translation of the civil authority's registration information and the signature/stamp of the civil official.
