从May 4, 2022 起，USCIS Increases Automatic Extension Period (540 days) of Work Permits for Certain Applicants who file a Form I-765 renewal.我对自己的 EAD “timely filed to renew” 不太肯定。
我的情况是：CO9, EAD 03/23/2023 到期, 到期之前我“filed to renew”. 但因有一个所附文件不对，USCIS告知我重新递交。USCIS 在我的 EAD 到期之后才收到我重新递交的文件。
请问， 我是做到“EAD timely filed to renew”吗？ 这种情况是否会影
响我的雇用？
-Check your EAD Receipt Date on the Receipt Notice. It the Receipt date is earlier than your old EAD expiration date, you are qualified for the auto extension.
