8老师好，我们的具体情况如下：绿卡给配偶及未21岁儿童申请绿卡（F2A），130的PD是2021年12月；485的PD是2022年6月，现在已经收到工卡，130和485都是在Local Office审核之中。现在看F2A 排期进展缓慢，准备改投EB1A（其实开始准备婚绿时曾经想过130和140同时交，后来为了省钱就只交了130，当时没有排期）。想向您请教几个问题：

1，申请人条件还是比较好的，准备EB1A Premium，在130 Pending期间可以递交140吗？

2，如果140顺利获批，如何link 到现在与130关联的485？

还是在递交140的同时再交一份485？

3，如果把140 link到现在的485， 那PD怎么计算？it count

-Your I-140 priority date has to be current to relink your I-130 based I-485 to it. So, it priority date counts on your I-140 priority date to approve your relinked I-485.
