去哥斯达黎加 身份可以吗？

研究生毕业七月份刚参加工作 在办理婚姻绿卡和申请回美证 年底不一定办下来 

-Did his spouse file I-130 and he file I-485 yet? If yes and he has no advance parole, he cannot travel abroad unless he is in H-1 status, not F1 (OPT) status.
