请教老师：拿的给新加坡和智利的H1B1签证，LCA是三年，H1B1签证是一年半的，现在快到期了，
-Do you mean your H-1B1 visa stamp on your passport will expire soon or your H-1B1 status (I-94) will expire soon?
If your H-1B1 I-94 (or the expiration date on the H-1B1 Approval Notice) will expire soon, then you need to ask your empoyer to file a new I-290 to renew your H-1B1 status and then, you can use the new approval notice to aply for the visa in Singapore or just continue to work in US.
If it is just your H-1B1 visa stamp will expire soon, but your H-1B1 I-94 does not, then you continue to work, not need to get the new visa stamp. If you want to travel to Singapore, you can use the H-1B1 Approval notice, the employment letter from your employer and your paycheck stubs of most recent 3 months to apply for the H-1B1 visa to come back. It does not matter to the LCA.
想延期办签证，LCA还有一年半才到期，那还可以用这张LCA去大使馆办签证延期吗？
还是要雇主申请新的LCA？另外，换了新护照，I94状态不受影响吧？谢谢老师。
