这是指如果在美国攒满40点Social security，再办亲属移民不用交864担保表，只要证明有40个SSA credits？

-Yes,  the sponsor does not need to file I-864 in this case, but you (the beneficiary) should file the Form I-864W to claim exemption from the Affidavit of Support requirement.
