-Check your denied I-130 online to see whether it has been reopened. If yes, it means your I-290B has been approved..

2. 但用 live person at USCIS以check case status怎么也不转给真人通话. 也看了您那个link, 不管用还是不转给真人

-Read the instruction in the link I cited to you and understand how to speak to a live person. Then, try it again and again following the instruction.
