是亲属移民（I－130):

1. 因为第一次递交与补充的出生公正不符合要求使用, 

2. 递交I－290B notice of Appeal or Mortion, 日期是 May04， 2021. 加上符合要求的新版出生公证 +$675.

3. Check USCIS 现在仍旧是受到邮件, 没其他进展.

-Did you received the I-290B Approval Notice yet? If yes, just wait for I-130 approval. If no, check your bank to see whether your payment check for the ffiling fee was cleared/cashed yet. If yes, find the receipt number (case number) on the cleared check and contact USCIS. 

By the way, you should choose Item 1.d. I am filing a motion to reopen. ....; or Item 1.f. I am filing a motion to reopen and a motion to reconsider in Part 2 of I-290B when you filed it. Thus, USCIS should make a decision in about 6 months.

4. 打电话 就是自动留言找不到人交谈.

5. USCIS网站说现在没有 office visit appointment. 除非是 Travaling 需要.
