请问老师， 

人在美国， 现在的工作6月30日结束， 新工作7月31日开始。因为要搬家所以有1个月空档。 6月27去边界办新TN可以吗？

-You only can get the new TN visa/status at the port of entry in the US-Canada border no more than 10 days prior to the employment start date indicated in the new employer's letter. But it is fine for you to stay in US until July 22 or later and then, go to get the new TN visa in the border. A few weeks of gap will not affect you to get the new visa, anyway.
