既然你的I-526批了，如果你有I-485 pending你应该符合这个。另外有一项
(4)(iii) Aliens who have been granted employment authorization under 8 CFR 274a.12(c)(9), (10), (16), (18), (20), (22), or (24);
拿到I-485 EAD（就是C9类型EAD）之后，无论petition有没有批都可以符合这个。
