急问485问题，8老师and all 请进

485想明天寄出去，发现一个问题不知道答得对不对

Since April 1 1997, have you been unlawfully present in the United Sttes:

78.b For one year or more and then departed the United States?

我的情况是父母疫情期间B2过期，申请了一次延期结果两年才批，现在超期超过一年，但是我们一直没回去。所以答案应该是No. we did not depart the United Satate 应该是answer No

这样理解对吗？还需要最后一页加上注释吗？还是画蛇添足，因为我在485 part B, item 17 加上了B2 overstay 并且加上了这条注释。

B2 overstay, due to the COVID-19 situation and long processing time to extend B2 stay.
