1. 没有加急的情况下，提交140和485后，大概多久可以收到receipt?

-Normally it takes about 4 to 6 weeks.

2.  我先生说他看到说再继续追加加急，更大的可能性拿到RFE? 是真的这样吗？

-Not really, depends what kind of I-140. If it is EB-1A or NIW, it is probably yes.

3. 我先生的PD 是18年初。算是比较早。是公司支持的绿卡申请。看来只能请律师给提交加急申请了。

4. 我们的移民体检疫苗只打了第一针，是不是要3针打完才能最终绿卡通过？

-If the doctor completed the I-693 and you have sunbmitted it with your I-485, it should be fine because the doctor knows USCIS requirements very well.
