家人带来的?????犯罪证明只有中文的，没有英文的翻译和公证。我们也没有请移民律师办绿卡。请问可不可以我亲自翻译过来，然后去找在美国的双语公证人员公证呢？还是说必须要移民律师翻译才行。不知道USCIS有没有特殊的要求，谢谢。

If USCIS requires this document due to failure in fingerprinting, you need to ask your friend who knows both English and Chinese fluently to translate it into English following the USCIS translation requirements. The translator needs to certify that the transation is accurate and then, go to the Notary Public to notaeize the translator's signature. You cannot be the translator.
