寄给移民局的所有公证书原件都没有寄回给我。

-USCIS do not require the original document (原件). If you send them the 原件, they do not have the responsibility to return it to you though some officer may send the  原件 back to you. Of course, if you want to ask them to send the 原件 back to you, you can file G-884 (no filing fee). See:
