尊敬的老师请帮忙：

绿卡持有者2022年1月份申请了回美证后离开了美国，期待从美国驻所在国领事馆拿到批准的回美证。但到目前为止还没有任何消息，除了最后的消息是去年初，说使用了以前的指模。 请问现在如何才能回到美国，或者查询回美证的进度呢？ 谢谢！！
