公司说PERM的最低学位要求是本科，所以140职业移民只能做EB3.

请问8老师：

1. 公司的说法合理吗？

-Yes. 

2. 这种情况能不能做EB2申请？

-No unless the position degree requirement changes. The EB2 position requires Master's degree or Bachelor's degree plus the working experience of 5 years.
