The child's CSPA age = the child' actual age when the I-360 priority date is current - the I-360 pending days

If the child's CSPA age is less than 21, then the child can immigrate with you.

From above equation, you can tell the more the I-360 pending days, then less your child's CSPA age, and the more chance you child can immigrate with you..

Of course, the earlier the I-360 priority date is current, the better to your kid either.
