请教8老师，Visa Bulletin

8老师您好，再次请教。

我刚提交（宗教移民）I360申请，注意到Visa Bulletin For March 2023中国出生的Dates for Filing for Employment-Based Adjustment of Status Applications是01MAR22。而Visa Bulletin For April 2023中国出生的Dates for Filing for Employment-Based Adjustment of Status Applications是01OCT18。为什么会有这么大的差别？

另外还有几个问题：

1，这个影响 I360的等待时间吗？

2，In general, you may not file your Form I-485 until a visa is available in your category. 如果按照 Visa Bulletin For March 2023的日期，我可能需要等一年才可以提交 I-485的申请。如果按照Visa Bulletin For April 2023的日期，我可能需要等五年才可以提交 I-485的申请。我的理解对吗？

3，如果I-360批准了，我可以申请工卡吗？这个需要跟 I-485的申请同时提交吗？那是不是也受 Visa Bulletin 的影响？
