请问8老师，目前有R1宗教签证。485已经递交，身份调整期间，I131 已批。这个时候如果回国的话，使用回美证回美国，R1签证是否是自动失效？谢谢！

-If you re-enter US using advance parole, your status will be parolee, not R-1 status. Thus, you cannot work unless you have the EAD. So, you had better apply for the EAD by filing I-765 if you want to travel to China before you get the green card.
