-The child's CSPA age = the child's actual age when the priority date is current - the I-140 pending days
Note: I-140 pending days = I-140 approved date (i.e., I-140 approval notice issued date) - the I-140 receipt date. You can find these types of dates on your I-140 Approval Notice when your I-140 is approved.
If your child's CSPA age is less than 21, then he/she can file I-485 together with you. If your priority date is current in 3 years, your child will be fine to immigrate with you.
