我老公来美国比较久了，很多次出入境，可能都记不清了。是从第一次来美国到目前所有的出入境记录都要提供吗？还是只是近几年的就好了？

-Only provide the copy of the visa and I-94 for the last/latest entry.

我在美国多次转身份，每一次的记录也都要提供吗？还是只需要近几年的？多次转身份会影响绿卡申请吗？

-Only provide the Approval Notice with the I-94 since his last/latest entry to US (e.g., if he visited China and return to US 1n September 2021 and did the H-1B extension in February 2022,  then he only needs to provide the H-1B approval Notice with the I-94 for the H-1B extension filed in February 2022).

还有去年老公换工作的时候，中间grace period 有超过2,3天，这样的Gap 需要填进去吗？算gap 吗？-No.

因为新的I140准备加急申请，是等新的I140 通过后再renew H1b 比较好，还是新的，旧的都一样没有大的区别？

-Not different.

我老公需要申请EAD卡吗？

-Not hurt him to apply for it. It is free, anyway.

另，我以前第一次申请H1B的时候，因为支票数目写的有误而被reject， 这不算denial吧？

-No.

需要写进去吗？

-No.

后来第二年顺利拿到H1B.
