我今年5月份从一所学校MS毕业，已经拿到了另外一所学校的PhD的Offer。有几个问题请教一下8老师：
1. 我目前的i-20是到5月份过期，新的学校PhD program 是7月底入学，请问这期间（5月到8月）我需要做什么吗？
-Do nothing.
新的学校是不是直接会issue给我新的i-20就可以了？
-Correct. If you get the I-20 for the Ph.D program when you complete your MS degree, you are leaglly present in US for up to 5 months until the Ph.D. program starts.
2. 我现在MS program的学校的老师，希望雇我这个暑假再为他做些工作（paid），请问我还能和他工作and get paid 吗？请问我需要做些什么才能和他暑假工作and get paid？
-Technically, you cannot work for your porfessor after you graduate from your current school because your International Student's Office will cancel your SEVIS number from the system when complete your Master's program.
Of course, your new school will request a new SEVIS number for you when you get the new I-20 from the new school.
