-If they used B2 visa t enter US, then put "B2 visitor".
4. Part 3，人现在美国，是不是5a-6b填我在美国的地址，然后7a-8b填父母在中国的地址？-Yes.
5. Part 3 Employment History是不是11题填retired，12a-18b空着就可以？19-22b要填退休之前的单位信息吗？
-If they retired more than 5 years ago, just put "Retired since XXXX" in Item 11 (note: XXXX means the year they retired, e.g., 2010), and leave the rest items blank in this section.
6. Part 4，第10题，因为父母是分别申请的，所以这个题选no对吗？
-I feel confused for your question becuase I do not see there is a choice of Yes or No fro Item 10 in Part 4.
Part 4 is about your grand parents' information, so you need to put both your father's parents information there in one I-485, and put your mother's parents information there in another I-485. Because your grand parents from both your parents' sides have passed away, you just need to put their names there and then, write "Deceased" in the "Address" part and leave ther other items blank in this section.
7. 申请人在applicant上签字，我作为preparer签字，interpreter空着对吗？
-Correct.
