我去年十月给我母亲递交了I130/I485/I131， 她人在美国， 但因为健康原因需要近期回国进行癌症复查。 我已尝试联系USCIS申请I131加急，递交了病历证明等材料， 但还是不符合他们加急的标准， 被果断拒绝了。

-Do you mean your mother applied the emergency advance parole at the USCIS Field Office and got it denied? If yes, you cannot do anything about it. If no, you may call USCIS to make an appointment in the USCIS Field Office in your area to apply for the emergency advance parole there (bring the I-485 Receipt Notice and the I-131 Receipt Notice).
