Did you mean it won't take too long for them to get the visa number from Jan 02 to Aug 02? How long would you expect? 7 month or even sooner? Back a few years, it took 1 year to get I-485 result, so far I've been waiting for 2 years, and now the visa number problem surfaced ... Thanks for your reply though!
