尊敬的八老师， 我打过很多次电话，但从来没有机会能跟Tier 2 （Immigration Service Officer）谈话。 请问有什么办法可以跟他们接通电话？

-Did you talk to a live person on the phone following the instruction in the article I citde to you in my previous response? If yes, tell the person you want to talk to the supervisor.
