有朋友EB5 几年前获批, 但是现在广州移民面签排期遥遥无期，想以B签证入境91 天后在美国境内申请485调整身份, 可行吗？

-Yes, but your I-526 priority date needs to be current for him/her to file I-485 during his/her visiting with B1 status.

会有什么问题吗？

-Tell the truth when he/she applies for the B1 visa and enters US using the B1 visa. Normally, it should be fine for him/she to use B1 visa to enter US becasue he/she has the bussiness in US to take care even if he/she has the approved I-526.
