亲属移民补充说明

尊敬的8老师，

感谢你的及时回复。补充说明如下：

I130 was approved on 1/13/2021. 

My sister is in China.

I received "Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creaction" from National Visa Center  dated 3/24/2021. Following the instruction, I logged on CEAC. The case is still there but I can not process (The pay button is grey).  The letter stated "If you do not log into CEAC for a period of one year, by law the department of State must terminate your visa application." 

请老师指教如何处理。十分感激！
