-Does "I130于两年前批了" mean USCIS approved your I-130 or your approved I-130's priority date was current two years ago? 

种种原因，当时没有及时申请485调整身份。

移民局已经中止了申请程序 （Terminated the application process).

-Which agency terminated yoour case, National Visa Center (NVC) or USCIS? Was theI-130 revoked or just the immigration visa application process terminated?
