-Yes, you need to provide I-864 with the support documents for your parents' I-485 application at the same time.

如果准备的提交时间是2月底3月初，是否需要提交2020-2022年的tax return呢？

-The tax return or tax transcript and W2 of 2022 are required,  and ones of 2020 and 2021 are optional. 

如果是的话也就是说我必须要在提交之前把2022年的税报完对吗？

-Correct. Then, provide the copy of 2022 tax return and W2 of 2022.

可否只提交2019-2021年的tax return呢？
