NIW approved,but..

I got my NIW I140 approved notice by mail, but so far I cannot find updated information in online case status. The date in approved notice is 12/07/04 . Now information online still is "We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete." Do I need care that or not? Anybody had same experience? Thanks.
