我和我先生是上个月结婚的。我是10年前入的公民。他是用tw护照2020年1月免签进入的美国，他应该2020年4月离开美国。但是他一直黑在美国。期间他自己没有尝试过办理任何证件。

我现在已经和他一起填好了485；130；130A；765；131；864；G-1145。准备假期结束去预约体检。

但是我现在有几个问题

1. Was inspected at a port of entry and admitted as: put "Traveler with VWP" or put "Visitor with VWP"
2. what is your current immigration status: put "Traveler with VWP (expired)" or put "Visitor with VWP (expired)"
3. Have you ever violated the terms or conditions of your nonimmigrant status?-Say "Yes" and then, explain it in Part 14 Additional Information of I-485 (at the end of the I-485 form), e.g., say something like: "I overstayed after the visitor status with VWP expired."
