麻烦问一下8 老师

我朋友的婚姻临时绿卡是12/17/20到期，到期前就申请了petition to remove condition on residence.但是收到了一份移民局的信，说现在拿这个信和临时绿卡一起可以嚷临时绿卡在有效24个月。现在24个月已过。还没有收到正式绿卡，网上的状态也没有变。这种情况下她该做点什么还是继续等待。谢谢
