1，应该是选applying for an Advance Parole Document对吗？

-Yes.

2，Date of intended departure和expected length of trip怎样填？

-Just select a departure date a couple of months later. The expected length of trip should less than one year, for example 5 to 6 months.

3，Propose of trip怎样写？

-Just put "Visit releatvies and friends in China".

4，How many trips do you intend to use this document怎样写？

-Advance parole is only valid for one year, so you may just select one or two trips.
