-You can do nothing. But the child's parent (your brother) can sponsor the child green card application after he gets the green card beforfe the child gets married, which takes about 7 years. So, the child has to wait at least about 20 years to get the green card from now on and the child cannot marry before he/she gets the green card-it seems not reality. If the child gets married, then the parent has to become a US citizen to sponsor the child's green card-which takes more years.
So, the child had better go to study in US and then, find a job to ask the employer to sponsor him/her green card as many of us did.
