1. 如果移民申请刚批准，能否马上作为sponsor 为亲属递交I-130？

-Yes. You can sponosr your relative any time after you become a green card holder.

2. 如果beneficiary 在I-130 pending 的情况下，能否用已有的B2签证入境 ？

-Depends. If it takes for a longer time for the I-130 priority date to be current, it should be Ok. But if the I-130 priority date is current or nearly current, the beneficiary may have trouble to get B2 visa or have trouble to enter US due to immigrant intent if the beneficiary is an adult.

If the beneficiary still wants to try B2 in this case, he/she needs to tell the truth (i.e., I-130 pending) during the visa application.

3. 如果担心入境被查问，在入境后再递交I-130会对其批准有影响吗？

-No, but don't file the I-130 until 90 days later after the beneficiary enters US using B2 visa.
