再问8老师关于父母亲绿卡申请的问题

请教8老师:

这是上一次的帖子作为背景介绍：

我是美国公民。我父母2019年12月用探亲签证来美国，现在一直和我住在美国。他们都70多岁了，短期内也不打算回国，也不打算在这里工作。我在2022年4月给他们提交了130，但是没有交485。我以为交了130就可以待在美国了，也没有给他们办探亲签证的延期。另外，在130的表上，我同时填写了在美国调整身份的地点和在广州领事馆面试两个选项。我父母的130上个星期批了，但是NVC说是要联系广州大使馆让我父母去面试移民签证。我到两天前才明白我父母算是不小心没身份（快两年半了）。我父母亲在这里没有打过工，我也能提供经济资助。

 

8老师，你已经回答了我上次的问题，并且要我尽快提交485.我父母现在已经做了体检，准备提交485.请教新的问题：

1. 什么时候告诉NVC不要联系广州大使馆让我父母去面试移民签证？怎么告诉他们？NVC已经不接电话也不接受邮寄的信件了。我今天刚刚收到移民局的电邮，告诉我他们在加快领事馆处理。

我是用如上他们电邮中的link递交inqury告诉他们停止领事馆处理吗？还是有其它办法通知移民局？
