-Yes. If your sister filed the I-130 online, she can go to her online USCIS account to change both your address and her address in I-130. If she filed I-130 by paper, She can call USCIS at  1-800-375-5283 to ask USCIS to change her address and your address for the I-130. Click "USCIS online account" at this link:

If USCIS has forwarded the approved I-130 to National Visa Center (NVC), your sister also needs to inform NVC for the address change using Public Inquiry Form. See:
