他10年多前来过美国，但签证早过期，需重新办理，也要面签的。听朋友说可以在美国办理“反签”，在美国递交资料，并拿到签证。我从没听说过有为在中国的父母，这样办理B2签证的？

-There is not such “反签” as your friend mentioned. Your father needs to apply for the B2 visa as he did before (check teh US Embassy website).

如果是真的，那可太好了。还是我朋友错以为是办“回美证”了？请帮助确认一下。谢谢。
