美国籍,  工作在美国。最近去中国探亲 （Q2 visa)，可以在中国work from remote吗？公司里说要算temporary relocation，还要交一笔税 （是公司交给中国政府）。找不到相关政策，请问会有问题吗？

-No problem. As long as the Chinese Government allow you work and you report the income you receive in China to IRS and pay the income tax, you will be fine.
