请教8老师file n-400公民问题。我妹妹己绿卡六年一直住加洲现想办公民，所以孩子可以办出来。她六月加洲本洲之内搬家但忘了填ar-11改地址，这个月才想起来改。
1。现在办公民有麻烦吗？

因为要求在新地址住三个月以上才能办。她才改地址USCIS系统上以为才搬家不满足三个月居住的条件吧？
-Because she moved within the same state, "3-month residency" does not apply to her case. So, she can file N-400 now.
2。另外她很快准备从加洲搬到东部还要再换地址，听说case也会转吧？那她的面试会在加洲还是东部呢？非常感谢!
-She cannot move out of the state until she receives the N-400 filing receipt notice. Then, File AR-11 to change the address in USCIS system within 10 days after moving to the new state and also, change her address for her N-400 case at the same time (call USCIS to verify the address change for N-400 a few days later after she changes it online). Thus, the interview will take place near her new addeess in the new state.
