请8老师解答，多谢了！因为听一个律师说永久绿卡获批前入籍是不会获批的，是这样吗？

-Yes. You can submit your US citizenship application (N-400) now and USCIS will process it. But they will not approve your N-400 until they approve your I-751 for the permanent green card. Anyway, it is still good for you to fle N-400 now and thus, you will get the US citizenship quickly.
