-Correct.
2. visa which you last entered the US, TD 没有visa page，所以这个可以没有，对吗？
-Right. Explain it in the response letter that you got the TD status (I-94) at the port of entry and have no visa.
3. the latest US admission stamp 上次进入的stamp，上面有写TD和exp date，这个包含了要求2&3，对吗？
-Yes. Provide the copy of the stamp and the copies of all I-94s.
4. 因为指纹not satisfactory for use by the FBI, you must submit a police clearance certificate for each jurisdiction (city, town, county or municipality).
过去五年都是同一个地址，所以只需要去city police就可以，不用state level是吗？
-Fine.
这个certificate不需要notarized，对吗？
-Right, not need.
TD renewal 是通过律师做的，USCIS的信是直接寄到家里地址，可以自己直接回复USCIS with required documents 吗？
-Yes.
还是必须通过原来的律师？或者可以另外找律师？原来的律师是公司renew TN的，收费非常昂贵。
