-You need to find a job in US and then, ask the employer to sponsor you green card. You can ask the employer to sponsor you H1 or TN to work. Most employers can sponsor H-1 or TN. Tell the employer that you need to have H-1 or TN to work when you are interviewed for the job and the employer will tell you whether he can sponsor you.
